Public Services Building

The Clark County Public Services Building is a six-story, 144,825 square foot governmental office facility with an adjacent three-story, 145,000 square foot cast-in-place concrete parking garage. Addressing the County’s desire for a system with superior seismic performance, an eccentrically-braced steel frame system was selected. A maximum-strength design of the lateral system was utilized to achieve the most cost-effective structure.
