Elizabeth Lofts

Elizabeth Lofts is a 320,000 square foot tower that includes one level of at-grade retail sandwiched between one level of below-ground and two levels of above-ground parking. The twelve-story residential tower rises above. The structural system is post-tensioned slab floors, with concrete shear walls as the lateral force resisting system. One of the key benefits of the post-tensioning system was its facilitation of a delicate, light, and open feel. This experience is particularly strong in the “lantern” penthouse units.
