Water & Wastewater Structures

From a structural engineering standpoint, liquid holding structures are both interesting and challenging. Typically, these are mildly reinforced concrete structures where the key to performance is in the detailing, specifications and oversight of the concrete pour. Joint placements must be precise. There can be no shrinkage. And of course, they have to remain watertight. KGA has designed numerous water and wastewater structures for municipalities throughout the Northwest region.
